Epitope Health publishes general information about what published research and FDA labels say, and how strong that evidence is. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a clinician and patient relationship. It cannot know your situation. Decisions about your care belong with a licensed clinician who can examine you.

Emergencies first

Do not use this site in an emergency. If a reaction might be anaphylaxis, use epinephrine if it has been prescribed and call 911. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988. After surgery, call 911 for trouble breathing, chest pain, signs of a stroke or heavy bleeding, and call your surgeon's office for fever, wound problems or new symptoms.

Doses and labels

Where a guide shows a dose table, it is the FDA label's own table, shown whole and word for word as reference text. It is not a choice of dose for anyone. The prescriber or pharmacist chooses the dose.

The allergist list

The list of clinicians comes from the public federal NPI registry. It is not an endorsement, a ranking, or proof of board certification or insurance coverage. Confirm everything with the practice and with the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.

Accuracy and corrections

We check every excerpt against its source and correct errors when we find them or are told of them. Research changes, and a guide can be out of date between checks. Each guide shows the date its library was last checked. Report a problem to support@strategixpartners.ai.
